Hulya is a former marketing professional from Istanbul who rebuilt her life in Kaş as a private chef and ceramic designer, and she brings that personal story and creative eye to the way she hosts. The experience begins with coffee and conversation, then moves into practical, home style dishes like karnıyarık, meze, and rice, with a vegetarian option when needed, ending around the table the way locals actually eat.

I enjoyed a lovely few hours with Hulya learning some new dishes and cooking skills in Turkish cookery. It was also nice to meet 4 other guests from other countries and share experiences of our lives and to then sit and share a very delicious meal. It's a very fun and interesting way to experience traditional Turkish cuisine. Hulya is informative and a super cook. I live in kas but still nice to partake in learning some new dishes.
