Description
Join Tour du Jour as we pay tribute to the twin obsessions of celebrity and death. On your private 3-hour tour, you’ll visit the final resting places of some of Hollywood’s most beloved stars from long-departed legends to larger-than-life icons like Marilyn Monroe, Natalie Wood, Dean Martin, Farrah Fawcett, to name just a few. And we’ll take you to the real-life locations where infamous events took place such as Michael Jackson’s last residence and Whitney Houston’s final bath. From scandalous behavior to murder and suicide –rock stars, movie stars, and child stars. From the ODs to the DOAs. We know the stories and we know where to look. Complimentary bottled water and a multi-media iPad presentation of the gone-but-not-forgotten stars and their untimely deaths help round out this popular excursion provided by a highly-rated professional guide.

Ben is an excellent private tour guide. His knowledge of Hollywood stars and the industry itself is quite extensive! We covered a lot of ground in 2.5 hours! In fact, we went beyond the designated time because he wanted to show me so much because he knew that I was greatly interested in movie history! Great experience!
We are passionate about what we do. Your experience showcases the many differences between a private tour vs. group tours. We thank you so much for sharing your experience here on Viator, so that future guests can make an informed decision on a once-in-a-lifetime excursion when visiting a city like Los Angeles. - JM
David was really engaging and very funny, with loads of interesting stories. We fitted so much into the 2.5 hours. David asked us what we wanted to see and was happy to go out of his way to fit in things we wanted to see, rather than a fixed tour.
You mentioned the benefits of a private tour. Group tours may offer a less-expensive rate, but only a private tour can give our VIP's a personalized experience to customize their excursion. We are happy that you chose Tour du Jour to showcase our cities. - JM
Seeing all the movie stars burial locations and this was the real thing. He showed a lot of burial places at cemetery and helped take some pictures for me.
Hi Phyllis. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again someday. Jim
Loved it. Very informative. Mark our driver was great. Very friendly & we found out so much. Not just about the tour but other very interesting facts about LA.
Thank you Carolyn. Happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with Mark.
One of the best tours I’ve been on. Our guide Mark was phenomenal. The three hour tour went so fast. Mark was kind, knowledgeable , funny and so much more. I would recommend this tour to anybody but for sure to have Mark as your tour guide. He is an asset to the company. I really enjoyed him and so did my family and he’s a great guy. Thank you for the best Mother’s Day afternoon!!!!
