Excellent boat tour of Newport Bay Area. .The lights were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this tour.
It's an absolute must. Wonderful experience you will enjoy every minute of this parade. I went solo and enjoyed every minute of it
This was well Organized, it was fun festive Spent the right amount of time on the water Happy Holidays to you and family
The boat parade was fabulous. We were pleasantly surprised because we were expecting holiday lights, not the boat parade.
The only reason why I’m not giving this one star is because besides all of the cons, we did enjoy the boat parade. Other than that, I feel like my experience was definitely ruined by the amount of people and by the amount of limited parking available. I booked this experience thinking that I would get a luxurious experience however it was just a regular boat tour. when we got to the parking structure three hours before mind you, we were shocked to find out that parking was horrible. Every other parking structure was charging $50 up to $100 all day, which is so ridiculous. On top of that the parking lot that we parked at said that we can only park there for a max of two hours. When I parked there for only an hour, we came back to the car to find a citation. Every other car did not have a citation except for me. I ended up paying for parking, and now I have another citation to pay. When we go to check in, we noticed there is a lot of people and the people checking us in seemed very rushed. We were then asked if we wanted to upgrade to VIP because apparently VIP gives you a better view on the top of the boat. I find that very ridiculous since the tickets were already $100+. I ended up not picking VIP and we still got at the top of the deck and we still got a pretty good view. So the people that paid VIP ended up paying VIP for nothing. We saw the boat parade, but we only saw it from the back. And when we got off the boat, we were greeted with hundreds of people, and it was extremely overcrowded. Overall, the actual experience was all right, but it was definitely not worth $100+ for two people. I will definitely not recommend to anybody who is looking for a fun time. If you want to see the boat parade for free, you could just go early and secure a spot by the deck, which I saw a lot of people doing.
We had a great time. We got regular tickets but were able to bump up to VIP. They really give you a smooth ride along the canal to get up close to the beautiful homes decorated for Christmas. Great outing for the whole family. You won’t be disappointed. Happy Holidays.
Nice calm cruise through the waters w music, options for food and drink, admiring all the lights. Easy check in.
Went on Christmas Day - very beautiful tour but get there early there we’re not enough seats for everyone. Also wear warm clothes - it’s open air
The cruise was spectacular! The lights were so pretty. And the crew was so nice! I don't remember the gentleman's name, however, he was approximately in his 50s and was sporting an awesome White thick mustache. He was very kind to me and should we given some type of reward for his going out of his way to help me on to the boat and to my seat and to get a drink and then to help me back off the boat again. Also, captain Tom was a great captain on our cruise!
Dress warmly and arrive very early for parking. No need for upgrade tickets offered in line. Beautiful estates decorated professionally
