Along the way, enjoy a light breakfast box lunch before boarding the boat that will take you into a day surrounded by turquoise water, mangroves, quiet beaches, and island scenery. Once in Holbox, enjoy free time to relax by the beach and explore the colorful town atmosphere.. The route also includes a visit to Yalahau, where fresh cenote waters offer a beautiful natural pause, and Isla de la Pasión, a peaceful spot for views, photos, mangroves, and coastal scenery before returning to the mainland.

The experience begins with pickup from your hotel or confirmed meeting point in Cancun or the Riviera Maya. Once aboard the air-conditioned bus or van, the day starts with the journey toward Chiquilá, passing through the landscapes that connect the Mexican Caribbean with the island gateway to Holbox. This first part of the tour opens the day in a relaxed way, giving travelers time to settle in before the boat portion of the adventure begins. The road awaits us. It will be an approximate 2-hour journey to reach Chiquilá.

Travelers will arrive in Chiquilá, a small coastal town known as the main departure point for boat trips to Holbox and nearby natural attractions. Before boarding, travelers will enjoy a light breakfast box lunch that includes a sandwich, juice, and fruit. From here, the experience changes from road travel to island adventure as the group boards the boat to begin the route toward Holbox, Yalahau, and Isla de la Pasión.

The main island stop takes place in Holbox, a relaxed Caribbean destination known for its sandy streets, calm beaches, colorful town life, and laid-back coastal feeling. Travelers will have free time to enjoy the beach, take photos, walk around town, or simply slow down and enjoy the island atmosphere. During the visit, travelers will enjoy lunch at a beachfront restaurant, choosing from different dish options while taking in the island setting.

After Holbox, the boat route continues toward Yalahau, a beautiful freshwater cenote surrounded by natural scenery. This stop brings a refreshing change of rhythm after beach time on the island, inviting travelers to swim, cool off, and enjoy a peaceful moment in contact with nature. A life jacket is included for this part of the experience, allowing travelers to enjoy the cenote waters with more comfort during the visit. We will be 1 hour. Then we will go to Isla de la Pasión, it will take approximately 30 minutes.

After the cenote, the adventure continues by boat to Isla de la Pasión, a quiet natural area where travelers can enjoy coastal scenery, mangroves, and beautiful views. This stop offers a softer and more scenic side of the tour, ideal for walking, taking photos, and appreciating the peaceful surroundings. Travelers may also visit the viewpoint area, where the landscape opens up for panoramic photos and a final connection with the natural beauty of the region before returning to Chiquilá.

At the end of the boat route, travelers will return to the Chiquilá marina and board the bus or van for the journey back to their hotels or confirmed meeting points. This final part of the day brings the experience to a calm close after a full route of island scenery, beach time, freshwater swimming, mangroves, local flavor, and coastal views.
