Its been a great experience. Hiro has been a great guide, both during the trip and by accommodating the extension due to traffic. Definitely recommended
The guide gave a free cream puff even though i didnt qualify for it. There was a delay of 30 mins, changing the meeting time from 5:30pm to 6:00pm and I wasnt notified of the delay but luckily the bus driver brought me to the guide and informed me of the change in timing
Due to public holiday on Monday, the traffic jam was massive going to lake . Luckily, Hiro our tour guide extends the time. But I feel more time needed as it was eve of holiday. The cream puff was delicious.
Because it is a holiday, so the road ride, the tour guide therefore delayed the gathering time (there have been inquiries), the tour guide is also very enthusiastic, overall very good.

Guide, you're too good in English. Burning marshmallows is romantic. A potato/cheesecake store outside the venue. It's delicious. I wanted to see something, but it's an hour and a half free time. It was fun!

I took a lot of pictures and went to the amazing long tunnel and it was freezing and memorable tour. The tour guide was very informative and did a good job. 👍👍👍
It was a great walk, the journey to the lake is a bit long by bus, but the visit is worth it, we went in the afternoon but I believe that in the evening the glacier becomes more beautiful because of the lights, the guide Hiro, was very attentive during the journey to the lake
