City tour with Vy, she was friendly, accommodating and great English - good comms on the lead up - saw the inner highlights of HCMC !, great experience … thanks Vy
This was an exceptional tour and our host Vy alongside her driver were fantastic and extremely accommodating. My husband and I felt so comfortable to talk, discuss and ask questions. I would recommend this type of tour and even the host called Vy who was a very polite and friendly young woman .
Kieran is fully of bright friendly energy and he was so patient with a group of elders in my family making sure they are well taken care of. He’s a great tour guide especially if you want the local experience. He’s very knowledgeable about fair prices at the market and brought us to a restaurant that was very delicious and unique food that we don’t get in the US. He went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions and made sure we had everything we needed for our market fruits. He’s also a great group photo taker! He also curated a schedule that works best for us. Thanks Kieran for an exceptional unforgettable experience. We had a great time!
Khoa was a wonderful guide, he was very knowledgeable about all the attractions he took us to. Our car was very comfortable and importantly air-conditioned. I would definitely do a tour with this company again!
We had a guide whose English was not good enough to conduct the tour effectively. We did not get information about the places we were passing or going. We did not learn about Vietnam. We had a nice lunch and went to a couple of markets though. The tour was supposed to come with a noodle soup lunch, but our guide asked if we wanted Pho lunch so we said yes. He never explained that we would have to pay on our own and that they didn’t take credit card. Things like this made the tour clunky and we ultimately had them take us back to the cruise ship early. The driver was great and the car was nicely air conditioned. It was a waste of money though. It was more like an expensive taxi.
We had the most fantastic day trip to HCM. Our tour guide Kieran was absolutely great. We were limited with time as our ship docked late. He asked what our must sees were. He ensured we saw them plus plenty of extra places. We were worried about time and distance to travel but he put us at ease and we were back in port with plenty of time. 100% recommend. Thanks again Kieran for a great day in HCM.
