All our drivers would be 50 plus so have lived throughout The troubles and not one family have not experienced lose due to the conflict

The Divis flats was used as a army base top two floors of the top block for over 25 years. With choppers dropping supplies off daily to the British troops.

Pickup Locations & Times
Hi Sorry we don’t pick up from any cruise ship as it’s several mile outside Belfast city centre. But we can collect you outside Belfast city hall front gates. We offer a free pick up 1km radius from city hall. The cruise ship shuttle bus leaves you outside Visit Belfast which is a cross the street from city hall. Please let us know if you like to be picked up city hall front gates. Thanks Lucy

We had Brian as our driver and he was fantastic. His commentary and knowledge was exemplary, this tour was truly an eye opener. Our only issue was that we had to contact the company to find out why they didn't turn up. There appeared to be an issue with the booking but it was cleared straight away and Brian picked us up.
We met with Ricky today and our tour was absolutely amazing! Not only did he educate us with the ways of Northern Ireland, but he spoke from experience. We thought we knew some of the history... but boy were we wrong. This tour is sad and beautiful all at the same time.

Our guide, Stevie (sp?), was truly a delight. He started with the most fundamental information about the troubles so we had a grasp and from there tailored the tour to what we were most curious about. He made extra stops at murals that interested us and didn’t shy away from any and all questions. He was also so kind and welcoming. We truly got an immersive wealth of northern Irish history and we felt so thankful. I cannot recommend this tour enough. This is great for those interested in history, politics, religion, and culture and who want a true account of the troubles.
