This was a great way to explore San Antonio. Directions were easy to follow. The narrator was engaging(for a one way audio tour lol) and informative. Read the product description thoroughly. Some reviewers complained about the audio tour not including admission to sites, the tour doesn't say that it does. Make sure to give a few pets to the little black cat that lives outside the Governor's Palace.
We did not get to use when we got to the Alamo there were no tickets. We were able to get in free. I did not understand what maybe my money went. My niece from North Carolina is deaf and I was so disappointed.
Hi! This is not a tour of the Alamo to note :). It’s a San Antonio historic walking tour as mentioned in the title and description. I’m sorry if that was confusing. I’m happy to refund you. There was a text to the Ticket sent and it never expires so you can take it any times. Sorry again if that was confusing, I didn’t intend for it to appear to be a tour of the Alamo as he mentioned that was free to go to the Alamo. This is a historic San Antonio tour that takes you to the historic spots in San Antonio. The Riverwalk many many buildings and sites linked to its history, including markets in historic buildings. The Alamo is one of them and it does start there. Let me know how I can help in anyway Greg @ walkntours. Greg@walkntours.com
Employees did not recognize third party vendor and said we should get a refund. The website said non-refundable, so it’s probably a scam.
Good experience and easy way to review history of city. A little hard to follow directions at the end.
It helped us discover much more about the Alamo than we could have on our own. Really easy to download and access!
Excellent history information. Wished when you move on to a new stop, you would show the picture of where you are going first and not wait to show you until you arrive

It takes just a minute to get acclimated to how the tour flows, but once dialed in, it's very easy to follow. We enjoyed it very much
Didn’t get a chance to fully complete this tour, but I can tell you I would recommend doing it in the evening when it is cooler or very early in the morning if you are visiting during the summer months. Great price we got through half of it and then we ended up on the Go Rio Riverwalk boat….(Kids) lol
The narration was interesting and the music was enjoyable - a top notch production! The best part was the map that guided us on our way using gps and that the narration automatically paused until we reached the next spot on the tour. We were able to pause and eat some lunch and tour sites at our leisure. I would definitely recommend this tour.
The tour was very informative and their system works like a charm. Customer service replies to texts almost instantly and they are very helpful. It was great to have the flexibility to stop and start the tour so often. We chose to finish it over 4 days as we took tours and visited other attractions in between.
