Amazing experience, totally worth giving up that early morning sleep for! Legs/feet will get wet… dress accordingly.
Our family with two teenagers did the sunrise kayak tour with Cindy. It was our favorite activity of our Hilton Head vacation. It was so peaceful and beautiful to be in the water early in the morning before dawn. Cindy was an amazing guide, giving us good beginner kayaking tips and teaching us about the natural habitat. I would absolutely recommend.
The guide was very friendly and helpful. Equipment was in great condition and communication prior to the trip was great. Beautiful time for a paddle- sunrise, smooth water and so quiet and serene. A few facts were shared about the dolphins but it was not what I would consider an eco tour. If you are wanting a real paddle trip into the marshes and to see more of the coastal environment, this is not it. We paddled up the creek a short distance, then stopped to enjoy the dolphins and sunrise, then paddled back. Beautiful, but not what I anticipated.
