Latvia’s Switzerland: Guided Nature Walk Hi, I’m Edgar. I guide private / small-group hikes on quiet forest trails with beautiful Gauja Valley views. This experience is approximately 12 km (≈7.5 mi) through pure nature, forests, river lookouts, and a few hidden viewpoints. We keep an easy-to-moderate pace and tailor the route to the group. Ready to breathe deep and explore? What we’ll do Start in Sigulda with a short briefing, then set off on a ~12 km loop/point-to-point route. Walk mostly on forest paths with stops at scenic viewpoints over the Gauja Valley Where we’ll be Gauja National Park — Sigulda area: forest trails, river valley overlooks, and classic “Latvia’s Switzerland” scenery. Fitness & accessibility Suitable for guests who can comfortably walk ~12 km on mixed terrain with some hills.
