South Mumbai tour was a wonderful and enlightening experience for me and my family. Ram our tour guide is an amazing person with excellent knowledge of Mumbai history. He welcomed us very warmly, made us comfortable, took care of everyone's interests, answered every question patiently. It took us much more than the slotted time to complete tour, but, throughout he was very happily and without any hurry, explained everything till last point...and I would say, much more. Anyone interested in knowing about the important part of our country's history, must experience with Khaki, what we experienced. Thank you, Khaki! Thank you, Ram!
We had a fantastic early morning 4.45am tour with Krishna, who was incredibly friendly and full of wonderful knowledge about Mumbai. We visited the fish port—unfortunately, the workers were on strike that morning, but it did not spoil the experience at all. We then explored the fruit, flower, vegetable and meat markets, which were fascinating. It was especially amazing for my son, who is a chef and loved seeing all the fresh produce and local ingredients. We also rode the local morning train and still had time to stop for coffee, a delicious Indian breakfast and chai. Krishna was an excellent guide: warm, engaging, knowledgeable and great company. A brilliant way to experience a side of Mumbai that most visitors would never normally see. Highly recommended.
