I went for a 2D 1N Cao Bang Tour with OHC TRAVEL that cost $207 with private room. - The driver was late on the first day. I was informed 6:30am pick up but to be there 10mins early. Woke up early and waited from 6am. Driver and car didnt arrived til 7AM. - car was not as big as expected but we made it work. 1 driver, 1 tour guide, 2 other people. And bags. - the tour could have been more efficient. I felt a lot of time was wasted. - Hotel was nice and clean but be ready to sleep in a very hard bed. - There was a lot of food served during meals times with this tour. The only thing is the meal times. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30pm ans was told dinner will be at 7:30pm, was really tired and wanted to sleep already. bu know you have to sleep with your stomach full. - the next day, meet up at the lobby at 7am, driver again was late due to a stomach ache. - the falls was worth visiting but not for $207 per person. - the cave was okay, not worth traveling that far. - other highlights were fine. - the tour guide Minh deserves 5 stars, very nice and accomodating.
The two of us had a private car with our Guide and driver. They were both super nice and our guide Andy provided all of the information we wanted as well as extra in-depth history that he has made it a point to learn. It is so nice to have a guide that is friendly, personable, and spends extra time taking photos of us in every different activity that we did. We always felt safe and taken care of. When I return with my daughters, we will definitely have Andy as our guide and spend a little bit more time hiking and relaxing in this beautiful area.
Had an unforgettable trip with our tour guide Hai. He was very thoughtful and made sure we got the best from our experience. Would highly recommend.

The Ha Giang Loop was an absolute highlight! Yes, it hurts a lot (be prepared for some sore muscles!), but it was such an amazing trip thanks to the incredible scenery and the fantastic team. They made the whole experience smooth and so much fun. Highly, highly recommend!

Hoc was a terrific guide, the drivers were professional and clearly skilled on the roads. At no point did I feel unsafe and the sights you see on the trip are indescribably beautiful. The hostels and food are great as well. Highly recommend.

It was very beautiful and very fun at the same time, the guides were top on anh nhu with whom I spent the 2 days, I think it was almost too short
