An area of hilly plantations, lakes, waterfalls and forests in Central Bali. Enjoy driving over and through the mountain tracks and back roads of central Bali with its misty forests and pristine crater lakes. The vehicles of choice are Indonesia-made off-road 4-wheelers — the Finn Komodo – combined with mountain bikes equipped for rough terrain. There are several different tours to choose from, so there is always something that suits your interest, age and fitness level! [via village rice fields to Lembah Jinn Waterfall, combining mountain bikes & Finn Komodo or using Fin Komodo only, no bike. The tour covers a total 24 kms distance, 5 hours journey including 2 1/2 hours ATV driving, 1/2 hour plantation cycling] Meet at 10.00 a.m. at Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for the day’s briefing and your introduction and safety preparations for driving the Finn Komodo. . After a refreshing welcome drink, you will start a most exhilarating 2 hours buggy drive. The ride leads through dirt tracks passing the hills of Kayu Pandak, the challenging Devil’s rock, picturesque local plantations and ends at The Green Circuit. Here you will enjoy a couple of rounds of racing fun to get your adrenaline pumping! You will also be assigned your mountain bike for the dirt trail plantation ride (30 minutes), near the Green Circuit. Picnic Lunch served en route. Return to your buggy, continue the trip further, to Bengkel village, where it’s known with its beautiful rice terraces, take a rice field walk for 30 minutes or so, then back to buggy for a short drive to a serene waterfall. The waterfall is tucked away in the little forest where it takes 10 minutes downhill walk to reach it. You may take a bath or swim at the waterfall refreshing water. Afterwards return to Munduk Wilderness Base Camp where you will be served a delicious 4 course lunch, or late lunch or early dinner.

$800 taken and no tour provided. It also is difficult to get a refund. We waited for a hour in the heat and no one arrived to pick us up and no one responded to our messages. And Viator have not yet refunded us.
Bummed. All ready and no one came to get us. Had to contact support and replan our day. No warning. Everything booked correctly. Very disappointing.
DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! PERIOD!!!! I had a confirmed and fully paid for booking through Viator. They never showed up! Multiple tries to contact them via messages and calling their number and they never answered. Viator tried to contact them unsuccessfully as well. I wasted 184 AUD. I am now trying to get a refund through Viator. It looks like they don’t operate anymore but still take bookings and payment through Viator. BE AWARE!! THIS IS A SCAM
Viator rip you off. They book tours with operators who don’t deal with them. No one came to pick us up. When we rang the local operator it was a national day. They said they weren’t operating that day and that they no longer took bookings from Viator. Looks like we have lost our $369.😡
Do not book through TripAdvisor. I booked and the day of I called as I had not been collected, and the operator let me know they do not have access to their account and did not receive my booking. Now having to wait for a refund through TripAdvisor, and down a few hundred dollars, very disappointing
My wife and I loved our tour with Munduk Wilderness Adventures and felt that the almost 3 hour journey each way from Nusa Dua was worth it. It was a very different side to Bali than what we had previously experienced and the ATVs were fun - be prepared to get dirty.
This was a great experience. We got to travel dirt tracks and through local villages using the buggies. After we attempted the mountain bike track, but it would be best suited to someone who has some experience with mountain bikes. Then we got a tour of the rice fields and taken to a private waterfall for a swim. The buggies were amazing fun and the personal experience from the guides was greatly appreciated. Recommend!
Avoid it. It is true that we pass in quite remote and pretty places but the vehicles are really unreliable, very noisy (between the tractor and the lawnmower) and they do not advance! The escorts are forced to push them on certain sides... we had to change vehicles 4 times (broken wheel, chain that derails, does not start anymore, noise too shady) and each time we wait for the mechanic who follows the troop on scooter to look and then call a new vehicle. It's about security. Obsolete belt and safety door that does not close. It's folksy but heavy in the long run. Little more there was to be a bike tour but at three quarters of the route after questioning this will not be possible because not enough bike. Not really too expensive for the result. It's up to you.
Loved the adrenalin of driving the buggy followed by a tasty lunch and finished with a swim in a hidden private waterfall. Highly recommend this adventure
The best memories of a day of adventure , cultural knowledge and breathtaking scenery . From being picked up in Ubud and dropped off in Seminyak. From the minute you arrive the welcome and , professionalism of Munduk Wilderness is 5 stars . I could write pages about this day , but do yourself a favour and go you will not be disappointed .. Amazing fun and I learned so much from our fabulous guides and these guys are what truly made this experience.. 😊Thank you so much and I hope to return !!
