There were 18 people in our rour group which was too many. It is loud on the streets so it was difficult to hear him at times. We never got to enter any of the places he talked about only walked by them which felt lame.
John was a fabulous guide! He was very entertaining and knowledgeable. I loved all the history he spoke about.
John was amazing. It was very interesting to learn some of the history behind memphis. Recommend him.
Sheena was amazing! We were having lodging issues so she helped navigate us to the first stop on our ghost tour when we were running behind. I’d recommend this tour to anyone. She is the reason this tour was amazing!!!
Wear good walking shoes. Very interesting information. Fun experience. It was not too long not too short.
This is such a great tour to get familiar with downtown Memphis, specifically the South Main neighborhood. Good mix of spooky stories and history! Daniel was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the city! I've recommended this tour many times and will continue to do so.
Daniel was very professional and offered a wealth of knowledge. Although we didn't see any ghosts, we definitely were able to gain history of Memphis with a little humor sprinkled in. I would recommend Daniel and his crew to anyone visiting Memphis.
Daniel is an exceptional guide. He was born in Memphis and his family has been here for generations. While he shares some fantastic ghost tales around many downtown infamous sites, he also provides some very thoughtful insights of Memphis which that endured war, disease, depression and the plight of civil rights with alacrity and dignity. This town has many layers and Daniel has shown us how special this town can be when you look very carefully. This tour is an invitation to discover more about Memphis from someone who deeply loves the rich traditions and its history.
