More than a taxi. Your Journey across Roatan will begin with us contacting you via SMS, WhatsApp or phone call to review the details of your booking. Then you will receive specific meeting instructions depending on your pickup location, and medium of transportation. Depending on your group size and our pickup itinerary, we will wait for further travelers coming on the same flight or guests in the same customs queue. Our wait times never exceed 30 minutes and often Shared Shuttle guests ride in private vehicles. We stand apart to other shuttle services thanks to our commitment to our guest's comfort and schedules. We adapt to you and your party's needs. Also, our chauffeurs are residents of Roatan or full islanders and know the land, culture and history of this beautiful island. Perfect for families, groups or solo travelers, we provide more than transportation. This is a full experience and a warm island welcome!

Pickup Locations & Times
For Airport Travelers: Look for drivers with the Roatan Airport Shuttles shirt, signs and logos at local ports, airports and your desired pick-up destination. We will confirm the name of your driver prior to your arrival. For Ferry Guests: After you disembark and you get your luggage , look for us inside the terminal holding a sign with our name and logo (Roatan Airport Shuttles). Your driver will also have a sign with your name on it. Given the hours for ferry arrivals we recommend a speedy disembarking process. For Return Pick-ups (Hotels, Airbnbs, etc): Our company will reach out to you through text, WhatsApp or email to verify your return trip and best time for pickup. Pickup for departure will take place 3 hours before your plane departs. For national flights the pick-up time is 2 hours before flight departure.

5-Star experience with my transportation experiences. Easy to book and the communication beforehand was exactly what I needed. Mario was waiting for me both times, ready even before it our pickup times. Also he provided great history of the island, pointed out interesting spots, gave me recommendations on food and tours when I asked and made the trips very enjoyable! Our transportation folks here could learn a lot from them! Thanks for making this enjoyable and easy!!
When my Resort didn't respond to my request for transportation from the airport, I checked in to Viator, and I'm really glad I did. They responded right away and the trip cost me much less than what I would have paid. The driver was waiting for me outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of history of the island, along with tips on places to eat and things to do. I only hope I get this driver for my trip back to the airport

Outstanding service from Roatan Airport Shuttle and our driver, Mario! Our connecting flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive in Roatán until the next day. Even with this unexpected change, Mario stayed in contact and had absolutely no problem adjusting our pickup time. He was waiting for us at the airport right on time, which was a huge relief after a long travel day. Mario is not only an excellent and safe driver, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about the island. During our ride, he shared fascinating stories about Roatán's history, culture, and local landmarks. It was like getting a private island tour from a local expert. I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Roatan. The communication was excellent even before I arrived. Mario met me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it. He even took me to a grocery store and helped me pick out some delicious local snacks. I even used them for transportation besides the airport and everything worked out great. Also, shout out to Adrian who picked me up and took me to my return flight. The prices were great and the customer service was amazing!!!!

Mario was the best! He was so incredibly nice and told us all about Roatan while driving us to our hotel. He helped us shop for groceries and was such a pleasure to meet! Would 100% book again.

Communication was amazing and very prompt service. Car from airport was a bit tight to resort for 2 couples. Van back to airport was perfect and driver more engaging! (First driver didn’t say a word….likely no English.)
