Our food tour guide was Hieu. He was very informative and mixed history with every food stop. We learned Vietnamese history and tried lots of dishes. Mind and stomach very satisfied.

Sabrina (Thu) was an amazing guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. Surprise visit was the "hidden place" without Sabrina you'd never know it was there and she gained special permission for us to visit. I was even taught how to use chopsticks! Would highly recommend if you want to try eating like the locals.
