This tour is amazing! You go to places you would never find on your own and you fill up on some of the most delicious Vietnamese vegan food. Lucky is an outstanding guide. He knows all there is to know about the vegan food scene in Hanoi. And his English is better than mine and I’ve been speaking it over 60 years! We were able to throw in some markets and were able to sample fruits that just don’t exist in the USA. This was probably the best food tour that we have taken anywhere in the world. Very Highly recommend this tour!

Lucky was a fantastic tour guide. We did a split vegan/non-vegan tour and the food was fantastic. Lucky new all kinds of stats about Vietnam which enhanced the experience. Would highly recommend.
Our guide admitted she only took people on the vegan food tour as she noticed a niche in the market to exploit. Not a vegan or vegetarian herself she didn't quite understand the ethos. And appeared confused as to why be vegan. We were shown round the underbelly and bright lites of old town Hànoi and taken into some very traditional and meaty eateries to try there 'vegan'? Options. We didn't get sick and were taught how we should call Hanoi hello City, and Beep beep country is Vietnam. Which is like awesóme and that?
A highlight of our Vietnam trip!! My partner and I had Lucky as our tour guide and we were taken to places that we otherwise would have walked past as many were places filled with locals with menus in Vietnamese - this allowed us to have a true authentic experience. We visited 7 places in total all unique and delicious food. Lucky was charismatic and shared stories and history about Vietnam and even took some sweet photos of us, he was friendly and outgoing. We strategically booked it at the beginning of the trip so we knew local dishes to look out for ;) 10/10 recommend this vegan tour
