7h30- 8.00 AM: Start to pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, after more than 2 hours drive we get to the 1st visit place
10.00AM: we will visit the 2 temples dedicating to 2 kings of Vietnam under Dinh and Le Dynasties of Vietnam over 1000 years ago. Later, do cycling tour around the village to discover the life of local people. Notes: Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if you do not like. - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles. 11h45: Have buffet lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods goat meat, fried rice…. Vegetarian foods is always available at the lunch

Get to the Mua Cave at the end of afternoon to enjoy the panoramic view of Tam Coc area. Take a drive to Hanoi at the end of the day.

- Pick Up Clearance: We only pick up inside Old Quarter - Hoan Kiem district and some close by area. When your hotel is not in the Hoan Kiem district you will need to come to our meeting point. We suggest customers not asking an exchange review for pick up or we pay for the taxi to come to meeting point when your hotel is not in the pick up area. If you do, your booking will be canceled immediately.
- Additional Profit: When you book the tour and do not want to go but it is too close to departure time you will not be able to cancel. We can help to later the booking if you notice us 12h before tour departure time via our hotline. If not the tour will not be refunded.. This is additional profit from the standard cancelation policy of Viator.
- Option change: Our default program will be with Trang An - A world heritage, if customer wants to change to Tam Coc please let us know before 5h00 PM local time of the day before our tour.
- In the private tailored tour, customers can choose any places they like in Ninh Binh city area for the visit within a day and pay directly entry fees upon arrival at spots. There can be extra fees applied for the places to visit outside of city center.

What a fab day Long boat ride Wonderful scenery
Excellent tour with Henry who was well organised and very polite. Lots of fun insights into history and Vietnamese values. Even some language tips. The sights were great and everything was on time

Nature is 100% amazing, but boat tour is taking 2 hours which is extremely too much. This tour definitely needs some corrections in timing. 1 hour boat tour is maximum what we need and for Mua Cave hiking was given only 1 hour which is impossible to do during this time. There are lots of stairs and 1 hour in hot weather is not enough. It is worth to see of course but timing for the stops should be amended.

Son was such a really nice tour guide!! The adventure was well structured and we had nice time visiting many things. The food was really good and the bike time was super cool too. Really recommended!!
Overall this was a worthwhile trip. The Mua Cave and Tam Coc boat tour were fantastic, though crowded. The Hoa Lu stop was nice to see, but certainly not particularly memorable. The bus pickup was a little disorganized, but the ride to to Ninh Binh and back went smoothly. The lunch at Tam Coc was the low point of the day. The restaurant was very crowded, hosting at least 3 tour groups simultaneously, with no assigned seating. The buffet line was very long, and the food was mediocre. A good experience that could have been improved with a better lunch and a bit more organization.
Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your feedback. Our lunch place is a buffet area and we serves different customers following different shifts (Time frame) following the capacity of the restaurant please. That is why no seats will be asigned in advance. With 100 seats we can manage 3 buses of 45 seats each at the same time but we only do 3 of 29 seats each time so that customers would not feel that crowded. Our restaurant serves typical Vietnamese dishes and International dishes which sometimes you will see them available somewhere in the buffet breakfast of hotel, some local foodstall around Hanoi Old Quarter and some maybe at your home everyday. It is not a Personal designed Experience with Set Menu. We hope our future customers will put the right expectation to make our trip run smoothly! Best regards, Windy
