We had a jeep tour around Hanoi with Tom. Tom was a funny guy, smart with lots of information and history about Hanoi & Vietnam. He also provided lots of other links about where to eat, visit etc. I highly recommend any tour with Tom, you will have a great time.
My wife and I had a wonderful private tour in Hanoi with Tom/Bach and his Jeep. We don't usually leave reviews but we feel compelled to here. We're also generally skeptical of tours like this as we want to avoid "touristy" things, but this definitely wasn't the case here. A few highlights: - The car was a great way to see the parts of Hanoi not accessible via walking (we stayed in the Old Quarter). In particular, visiting the farm on Banana Island felt like we were in rural Vietnam even though its a short distance from the city. - The Jeep itself with an open top roof is the perfect way to cruise around the city and feel like you're in it versus looking at things through the window of a car. - Tom was a tremendous tour guide - energetic, thoughtful, and entertaining. Stellar experience all around. Highly recommended!
Benny our tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. Tiny our driver was skilled navigating the crazy traffic and a master of the horn . Highly recommend this tour .
Fantastic 4-hour tour with Tom. A great mix of country side and culture. We left at 8am which was great timing. We especially liked seeing some of the provincial areas in the topless Jeep. Tom was exceptional friendly, kind and knowledgeable.
