7.30 Morning our guide and car will pick you up at lobby your hotel then takes you to your trip
08:30 – Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest Buddhist temple, built in the 6th century on a small island in West Lake. With its peaceful setting and elegant architecture, it remains a timeless symbol of Vietnam’s spiritual and cultural heritage
09:15 – Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his preserved Stilt House, and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. This area honors Vietnam’s beloved leader and showcases some of Hanoi’s most meaningful historical and architectural landmarks
11:00 – Explore the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, featuring the culture of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups through exhibits and traditional houses. (On Mondays, visit the Vietnam Women’s Museum instead.) 12:30 – Enjoy a Vietnamese lunch at the upscale “Mesdames Linh” restaurant
13:45 – 14:00 – Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, founded in 1070. Dedicated to Confucius and scholars, it later became the Imperial Academy and remains a symbol of Vietnam’s educational heritage and respect for learning
15:00 – Visit Hoa Lo Prison, built by the French between 1886–1901 to hold Vietnamese political prisoners and later used during the Vietnam War for American POWs. Today, it offers a powerful glimpse into Vietnam’s turbulent history and the resilience of its people
16h00-16h30: Tour ends. Drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

It’s amazing how much you can see and feel in just one day. The countryside tour was quiet, scenic, and full of little surprises—from hidden paths to small village temples. It felt like a peaceful pause in the middle of a busy trip.
