Step by step our guide will show you the procedure of making it. You will be handed on experience making egg coffee by yourself. Was a great experience, lovely young woman who taught us how to make yummy egg coffee. Spring rolls were delicious. Only 4 of us which was great. Would thoroughly recommend if you love egg coffee.

We had a great experience with the egg coffee class. They explained very clearly about the origin of egg coffee, useful information. What's more special is that at the end of the class, we got to choose fried spring rolls or fresh spring rolls. It was great!
It was a very unique experience. Well informative and fun. Everything was well prepared ahead for the lesson. The instructor was patient and let us do the egg coffee at our own speed.
I would highly recommend Hoang's cooking class if you want to learn more about the Vietnamese food culture and learn to cook your favourite dishes! We also learnt how to make the egg coffee which was incredible! Big thank you to Hannah and Daisy for an amazing experience!
