On time. Safe driving and helpful
Have used Danny a few times to the airport and he is very responsive to any request. Communicated well and keeps you informed of the car type and number and when it has arrived.
Very glad we booked this. Our driver arrived on time and it took about an hour to drive to the airport. Would do this again in the future.

We used Danny Phan Travel for all our private pick ups/drop offs while we stayed in Hanoi. We had their services five times, and we are totally happy with them. The drivers speak good English. They have good driving skills too. We will definitely use their service if we go back to Hanoi again!
Danny was super responsive to my request for a ride to the Hanoi airport. Arranged the ride and confirmed the price and pick up time right away. When I asked to go to the airport 30 minutes earlier on the day, the driver showed up within ten minutes. Super reliable taxi service in Hanoi. Highly recommend!
