Hanoi Airport Departure Transfer

The car was on time as requested. The driver was so nice and polite. He even helped with the luggages. Last but not lease, the communication with the tour coordinator was excellent. We're so grateful for all his helps.

I booked this transfer very last minute and they still accommodated me and got me a car very fast. I am grateful to them for being quite flexible. The car was very clean and professional. I would definitely use again!

The communication with the company was excellent. I knew exactly what time the driver would pick me up, and he even arrived a little earlier than scheduled at the hotel lobby, which I truly appreciated. During the trip, he communicated with me using a translation app. However, he made a few comments that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I understand there may be cultural differences, but he asked why I was traveling alone and not with my husband (I do not have a husband), asked my age, and commented about whether I was close to 70. He also asked if I was “not cool” because of the way I was dressed. When we arrived at the airport, he asked me to pay for the toll fees. I did not mind because the transportation was inexpensive, but I was not aware beforehand that the tolls were not included. I gave him 100,000 Vietnamese dong, which I had planned to give as a tip anyway. Overall, the pickup was punctual and communication with the company was very good, but I would suggest setting clearer expectations about toll fees and maintaining more professional conversation with passengers.

The driver was on time and asked us which airline and what flight and actually tracked if it was still on time to ensure we were at the AirTag needs for an international flight!

I booked this transport from the airport to the Old Quarter. Our driver met us right outside of the main door with a sign. Everything was easy smooth sailing! We did not experience any issues. I forgot the driver’s name, but the vehicle had custom interior and was very comfortable.

Dangerous and frightening experience. Driver fell asleep several times. Was swerving back and forth between lanes. Could barely hold half the speed limit on the highway. I had to shout at him at one point as he was headed to hit the side barrier. He also arrived with no gas. Stopped for gas, but didn’t put anything in? At least one tire in the vehicle was possibly flat adding to his inability to hold any sort of line on the road. I was very close to forcing him to pull over to wait for a different vehicle. Pure luck we actually arrived safely.
