The driver communicated with us as soon as we landed an a sent a pic of the meeting place. Very easy to find. He helped us negotiate through airport traffic to where he was parked.

Give yourself plenty of time if you’re going to the airport. The driver was aware of the traffic situation and able to get us to our destination on time and safely.
On time, safe driving, car was clean - worked out great. Not much else required for an airport transfer.
We were not met by our driver and had to search around before waiting for a bit to be put in what seemed like a random, not very clean taxi, but we did get to our destination and the man at the curb finding a ride for us was helpful.
Great driver. We drove from the Old Town section on Hanoi to the airport in under an hour during the afternoon rush hour. He knew all the side streets to avoid most backups.
Good service, arrived on time and the driver was great despite my husband having to run back to the room since he left his phone.
We arrived at the meeting point, checked in with the coordinator, and then had to wait another 20+ minutes for the car. Would’ve been faster and cheaper to just use Grab.
I am so sorry for this inconvenience. However due to the traffic jam in the car park. All the car must be parked at the car park. As it is allowed to stop at the arrival hall no more than 5 minutes. Therefore after my coordinator meets you he had to call the driver from the car park to drive the car into the arrival hall. But at that time the traffic in the car park was bad due to so many vehicles there. Normally it just takes less than 5 minutes for the driver to drive into the arrival area.
Everything was good. Communication as soon as I booked. Communication the day of travel that they would be be 5 minutes late which was fine.
When we landed and left by the customs exit door the driver was supposed to be there waiting for us as a lot of other drivers were but ours was not and we had to waste about a half hour looking for him. I called up the tour operator's office and no one picked up the phone. It would have been much more easier to take a taxi as many were there waiting at the airport.
