Driver Information: You’ll receive the driver’s name, phone number, car plate number and drive & car photos one day before your trip. On the Day of Departure | Friendly Reminders Free Waiting 30 Minutes: The driver will wait patiently. After 30 minutes, an overtime fee of USD5 / CNY35 per half hour applies. Customer no-show: If it’s been over 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time and we’re still unable to reach you, the driver will have to leave to continue with the next service. In this case, the booking will be considered a No-show, and the service will be marked as completed — no refund will be provided. We kindly suggest keeping your phone reachable.
