The over trip experience was fine. The car was comfortable and the driver was very responsive to our calls and request. However, the price of the whole trip was simply too expensive. With a little work , we could easily get a Didi premium car for less than 500 yuan. That is from Suzhou to Wuchen and from Wuchen to Hangzhou. Instead we were charged 2,050 yuan (USD286). It's simply too much and if we had known we would not sign up for it even for the comfort and convenience. Sorry Viator, your operators are pricing yourselves out of the market!
We had a great time. It was the perfect way to experience Wuzhen. Wuzhen was a beautiful water town. The driver was professional and the car was new A great value.
