Booked a 2D1N halong bay cruise on Lyra through Janet and everything went smoothly. The package came with a free airport transfer and although I gave Janet the arrival info very late (as it had slipped my mind), she was able to make the arrangements very quickly and confirmed the transfer details in less than an hour. She had also accommodated our request to drop off at Tay Ho area instead of Old Quarter after the cruise. We are very appreciative that Janet gave such quick and fabulous service!

Zoe at BestPrice Travel arranged our Halong Bay/Lan Ha Bay 3 night cruise in April 2026. Zoe provided excellent service throughout and made the whole process very easy for us including transfers to and from Hanoi.
