- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 8.00 – 8.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.30AM to get on the bus.
- Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going
- Customers book option 11.30AM, please send passport information details. Please come to our habour in Halong bay to meet our staff & check-in onboard around 11.30AM
- Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

There were around 18 - 20 people in our group and we thoroughly enjoyed the smaller boat experience. Kenny was a great guide and all of the staff were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this cruise!
We were very happy with our selection of this option. The rooms are tiny but beautiful clean. Also, this boat is the perfect size for a medium group size (i think 11 cabins), so you are able to mingle with guests but not feel overwhelmed by people. Also, the price in the middle range of this trip is suite for us. We absolutely satisfied & Have no complaints!
The trip was great. we got picked up at the right time without any waiting. The tour guide was funny and told us many interesting things about Vietnam and the people living in Hanoi. The food on the ship was even better and everything worked out as promised. We can only recommend this!
