It was nice to hear the details and the narrator was pleasant, however I felt it was short and awkward in-between trying to find the next location. If it was talking as you were walking with turn by turn directions that would make this awesome! The map GPS was not hard to use just prefer to have turn by turn directions.
Thank you for your feedback on the Halifax Walking Tour. We're pleased that you enjoyed the details and the pleasant narrator! We understand your preference for turn-by-turn directions and are currently working on integrating this functionality to ensure a much smoother and more engaging flow for all future travelers.
We chose this option over an expensive cruise sponsored excursion. The audio works very well, the auto start is a nice feature. The walk is lovely. It can be demanding if you’re physically challenged. Uphill and some uneven walking paths. Be advised. Great tour and would recommend!

My Mom and I were visiting Halifax and wanted to do a self guided walking tour. I somehow found Tripvia Tours and purchased the Halifax Churches, Gardens and Graveyards tour. We really enjoyed it. The narration was great and the tutorial was very helpful for learning how to use the app.

This self paced audio walking tour was great. The tour covers many areas in Halifax and because we were in control of the pace had plenty of time to investigate further the locations. The map easily brought us to the tour locations and with the GPS link it was great as you arrive at the spot the audio narrative begins. Allowed us to also take a break when we needed. Loved this tour very much worth it!

This audio walking tour was fantastic! It gave us time to stop and enjoy the locations, explore, and go at our own pace. It was interesting and informative. This was the second time I used this tour and I learned more on this excursion as the first time I did it was in the winter. It is definitely worth the time!
Thanks for the great review! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed the Halifax walking tour so much that you took it twice. It's awesome that you were able to explore at your own pace and still find new things to learn. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
Most things in Halifax were closed for winter by the time I went there in November. This was a very interesting tour. Glad I discovered this app, and I plan on using it in some other cities where there aren’t organized tours.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again on one of our tours in the future.
Excellent guide, knowledgeable and entertaining. The app was easy to use and it was simple to navigate with the map.
Thanks for taking a minute to let the world know why you thought this tour was terrific, Lori! We're glad you enjoyed it and found it simple to navigate!
When we arrived at a site because the narration started — or we might have missed it. Guide explained more than the travel books.
Keeping your bearings is a good thing! Nice to know we're giving you more information than the travel books. Thank-you for taking a moment to leave us this great review, Ruth!
This was a very informative tour, the history of Halifax and the notable events are well depicted in the narrative. I had a little trouble stopping and skipping the order because I didn't go in exact order of the tour, but otherwise it was very good
Thanks for taking minute to leave us this very good (aside from the one glitch) review, Sherri! Fantastic that you found the tour's narration well depicted and informative!
