This tour is a rip off. It was a glorified taxi ride for $750 for a party of 4. And they encourage you to give an 20% tip. Our so called guide gave very little to no information. We are not a family to give bad reviews and ALWAYS give a sizable tip, but this is an absolute shame. I’m trying to get 50% of our fee back, we will see. I left 3 messages with them and no return call. My next step is to contact the credit card company.
I’m so sorry but you are 100% mistaken. For one thing, you went to every attraction you were supposed to,you had a 5 star guide.Check out TripAdvisor. Next we had not met minimum capacity the day you went.So you ended up with a private tour that you paid Viator $750 for (189$ each).Now Viator in return takes 50% of that. So my gross income is $350, then my guide makes 300$, high fuel costs, snacks that we supplied,beverages as well as bringing you to every stop plus 2 extra ones by the camera than what’s on the itinerary. Typically I would not have run this tour making a 200$ loss for you and you’re complaining and I don’t even know why.It sounds like you should still owe me money! And YES, PEOPLE GO INTO A RESTAURANT AND GIVE SERVERS 20% AND THEY SPENT AN HOUR BRINGING YOU FOOD. HERE WE ARE HIGHLY EDUCATED GUIDES THAT LITERALLY SPENDS HOURS TO DAYS WITH OUR GUESTS AND ITS A SHAME WHEN PEOPLE DONT THINK ABOUT THAT GUIDE HAS CLEANED, STOCKED VEHICLES, AND WORK AS HARD AS POSSIBLE TO PLEASE PEOPLE AND THE GUIDE GETS A Thank you awesome tour and a HANDSHAKE.So yes, I have been pushing gratuity for my guides just like every other tour company in the world.My guides are excellent.They are the best.
We met our guide at the Madison Hotel so we didn’t have to go in the park which was much easier. Parking wasn’t an issue. Our guide Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable of the park. He had water and soda and snacks for us. Our family had a really good time. Definitely recommend for an easier way to get around the park and everyone can enjoy without driving.

It was a great way to see all the popular spots without the stress of driving and crowds, in just a few hours. Phoebe was an excellent guide. Punctual, very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. She took us to a couple of extra spots because our timing for each site was perfect.

We very much enjoyed this tour with Phoebe as our guide. We hit all the hot spots and more! As we drove along in our comfortable van, Phoebe was very engaging and provided so much interesting information about the natural features of the park. If you are unfamiliar with Yellowstone, this is the perfect way to see the park for the first time!

Be cautious when booking the 09:00 AM tour. We booked and received a confirmed Viator e-ticket for a 09:00 AM departure. However, at 06:50 AM on the morning of the tour, the local operator contacted us to ask where we were, stating their tour actually departs at 07:00 AM. When we spoke with the supervisor, she stated that their company does not run 09:00 AM tours and referred to some of Viator’s listings as recurring "surprises" that do not align with their actual operational schedule. While an afternoon tour or an option to catch up with the group was offered, neither worked for our schedule. Furthermore, the supervisor was defensive and incorrectly claimed they had verified the 07:00 AM time with us the day prior. Because we relied entirely on Viator's official confirmation, we missed the excursion entirely. Viator needs to audit this listing, and be sure to confirm your tour with the operator.
I LITERALLY SPOKE TO NAVARRO ON THE PHONE THE DAY BEFORE HIS TOUR SEVERAL TIMES AS WELL AS I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES BETWEEN US.SO IT WAS SHOCKING WHEN YOU DECIDED TO SHOW UP AT 9:00am after I spoke to you several times on the phone.And I always text EVERYBODY so that I have proof of everything I tell my guests.You messed up not me.And shame on you for putting a bad review on me when I gave you no reason to be confused. Or maybe you just get confused easily?
