Your tour departs from Fisherman's Wharf at midday and we head north, crossing San Francisco’s most iconic landmark - the Golden Gate Bridge. Take in the breathtaking views of the San Francisco skyline and Alcatraz Island while riding across the 1.7-mile span of the bridge.
The tour continues through the charming seaside town of Sausalito, and then passing through Marin County into the world famous Carneros Wine Region and beautiful Sonoma Valley.

My friend and I had the best half day experience to Napa Valley with Big Bus Tour Company!! Big shout out to Patrick our driver for the day who was excellent with telling us different information about all the areas we drove though, and he was honestly such great fun for the entire trip which made it all the better! We only had a small group that day (2 Ireland and 2 Wales, Patrick will know) which meant Patrick also stopped at the most scenic location on the way home for some amazing views and photos and it was a great end to the trip!! We 100% recommend the trip and if you get Patrick as your driver you are in for a great trip and some great craic! Sincerely, The two girls from Ireland!

I have done wine tours before. But this one was definitely not upto the mark considering the amount we had paid for a half day tour - no hotel pick up - not even one cheese cube or cracker in any of the wineries, which is so strange. The second winery was especially bad. - the driver/guide does not give any insights or information - for instance we passed Sausalito - and he said nothing. Overall, it can be made better!
Pick up location was not very clear and it nearly caused be to miss the trip. First winery had a gift shop/area but second didn’t. Would have liked one at second to grab memorabilia too.
I’m sure Napa has many beautiful, unfortunately this tour brings you to terrible wineries.
This is operated by big bus tours, which isn’t clear when you book. So just be warned it’s a big group. Overall we really enjoyed the experience considering we booked last minute and the second winery in particular was stunning (although the server didn’t know much about wine so we didn’t learn anything there). I’d probably do some more research next time and go to better wineries rather than a big tour like this.
Grady was awesome! Shared history of the area, wine country and tips on saving time and money while touring the area. Great winery tours and nice ride out and back. Learned a lot and will be back again! Be sure and ask for Grady!
Lovely experience! Was impressed more by the first winery’s presentation than the second, however the wine was tasty with good quantity. The bus driver was pleasant and informative. I highly recommend the 1/2 day experience.
