we will be sailing in to this beautiful river, visiting its canals, admiring its Delta, its vegetation, and all the landscape that surrounds it. The navigation is done in catamarans of approximately 90/100 passengers. Excellent photos can be taken from the vote, and there is also the possibility to have a coffee, water or soft drink on board during the cruise.
In this open-air market, you can buy typical Argentinean handicrafts, food, drinks, souvenirs, wooden handicrafts and admire the landscape, the Delta and its canals. Also its houses, restaurants and shops.

Be punctual or let them know they're late. I waited half an hour and nobody answered. They had all my data. They don't want to refund because they say they were on time. Quote 9.30 arrived 10:04. I don't think it's fair.
Buen dia Estimada, lamentamos su experiencia pero como sabra aqui y en todos los tours que son regulares, es decir con los que se deben recoger a otros pasajeros el horario es estimado. Es imposible brindar un horario 100% exacto ya que muchas veces algun pasajero se retrasa, el trafico en Buenos Aires, como en toda gran ciudad es muy intenso, puede haber algun problema de trafico/corte de calles. Por eso el horario es entre 925/955am como le informamos, tambien la guia se comunico con usted a su telefono y no respondio la llamada. A su vez nos comunicamos al hotel a la recepcion y tampoco la pudimos ubicar. La guia y la van la estuvieron esperando e intentando contactar por varios minutos y al no responder le dejaron el msj en recepcion y en su telefono. Nos es que decimos que estuvimos, es que estuvieron la guia, el transporte y los demas pasajeros esperandola y buscandola y no respondio. Si estaba en el hotel por que no respondio lo mensajes a su habitacion o su telefono movil?
The houses on stilts along the river were fascinating. The lunch was tasty. However, there was confusion after we dropped about who was picking us up.
Pickup was late and disorganized. It was almost impossible to reach someone when the time for pickup came and went. Once on board, the tour guide was knowledgeable but seemed distracted and bothered to have to give us information. There were only 3 of us who got the lunch included option. The restaurant seemed to be deciding on the moment what that was. It was so slow that we barely had any time to look around the area before boarding the boat. The boat was waiting for our group and was haphazardly loaded. The cruise had a pre-recorded commentary that was informative. The way back to the city ended up taking extra long because the tour guides decided to add a stop to a wine shop. If you weren’t shopping for wine, you were stuck on the bus for an extra 30 minutes. I got back to the hotel ar 4:15 fuer leaving around 9.

We would like to clarify that the delay in the pick up was due to the fact that in your reservation we had indicated that you would be staying at the SHERATON CONVENTION CENTER, that is why we had sent you a message through the reservation centre indicating that we would look for you there and requesting your room number to locate you more quickly. But on the day of the tour you called us indicating that you had gone to the Regente Hotel on Suipacha Street, so the shuttle picked you up first at the Sheraton and then had to come back to pick you up at the Regente again. This delay was not our fault but your change of hotel for the pick up which you informed us of on the day of the tour, which caused the delay. You should always keep in mind, as we mentioned in the reservations, that when you have other passengers to pick up and there is a lot of traffic in the city on weekdays, the pick up may be delayed. We have always been in contact both by messenger and by phone, when you contacted us we informed you that there was a slight delay and that we would be looking for you between 9/940am. These are always the pick up times. Sometimes there may be delays due to traffic, road closures or because a passenger is delayed or has a problem. For example on the day of your tour one of our passengers had lost his passport and we had to go back to the hotel to pick him up. As for the tour, the duration is correct, it is from 9am to 4pm approx, which is 7/8 hours. As for the lunch, it is always like that, we can not manage the times of the preparation of the food in the restaurant, sometimes they can take a little longer to prepare the dishes because they prepare the food at the moment, it is not that they have it cooked or they only have to heat it and it is not Mc Donalds or a fast food chain. For example, the classic tour lasts from 9am to 1pm (4 hours), the one you booked lasts twice as long. As for the wine shop, it is a stop we make for a small wine tasting, it is included in the tour, it is free of charge and it is optional. If the passenger does not want to go down to taste the wines or buy them, he/she is not obliged to do so. But as it is a group tour, not a private tour, you always have to respect the other passengers who want to buy and taste Argentinean wines. This is up to the taste of each passenger, the tour is always done so that the whole group can do, walk around, take pictures and enjoy the tour. We will take into account your comments to improve these points. We would also like to apologize for the delay or confusion in the pick up. On the other hand, if you are still in BUENOS AIRES, we would like to offer you a free walking tour for these days or a discount in any of our tours. Thank you and again we apologize.
Great visit to this beautiful place, we were surprised to find this green space, surrounded by canals and rivers 45 min from Buenos Aires. We took pictures, visiting the Market and the Port. Great experience.

Great tour to see the Tigre area. Good duration. Lunch was not the best. Would have skipped it if I knew what the menu was.

I took a tour with this company to the Tigre river feel included a boat ride and some other stops along the way. I was the only person in the group who spoke English and the tour company hired a young woman who spoke English just for me. She was extremely helpful and made the whole tour wonderful.

Paula was a awesome guide. Enjoyed the fruit market. The boat ride on Tigre’s River was great! The dinner we had at restaurant was very good. Had pasta and dessert at GATTO. Took Uber back to hotel

On the whole, it was a nice trip. However, the boat that took us into the delta was a bit too big and lacked all the charm that the classic wooden boats offer. The lunch included was good but it would have been to eat it during the tour and not afterwards when we were back in the center. But all in all. Worth the money
