Half Day sightseeing to Fatehpur Sikri with Licensed guide

This was a wonderful tour. We chose to go first thing in the morning to avoid the worst of the heat. We were picked up at our hotel at 6:30. The two drivers arrived a little early, and they were such careful drivers. Once we arrived at the parking lot we met up with our tour guide, who brought us on a golf cart the rest of the way. The tour was informative, and there was almost no one else there so it felt very relaxed. Our tour guide helped us avoid the peddlers that were pushing us to buy trinkets, and suggested we avoided the part of the mosque where we would be pressured to give money. We were a group of six, dancing from 12 years old to 74 years old. Everyone enjoyed this tour!

Excellent experience. Starting with our driver Shahid who was very good, very personable, the drive there was very entertaining since it is mostly a road going through small towns. Our guide was Sumit and his guide skills were on par with his photography suggestions. Both of them were very attentive and thoughtful.

From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and provided a wealth of knowledge about this magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Site. His storytelling brought history to life, detailing the grandeur of Emperor Akbar’s reign, the architectural brilliance of the palaces, and the significance of the stunning Buland Darwaza. What impressed us most was his ability to keep the tour engaging, blending historical facts with fascinating anecdotes. He also answered all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. His professionalism, deep understanding of Mughal history, and excellent communication skills made our visit truly enriching. We highly recommend him to anyone wanting to explore Fatehpur Sikri with a knowledgeable and passionate guide!

Fantastic place, very well maintained and our guide service was very knowledgeable. A must visit if you are in Agra or Jaipur.

It was a complete disappointment. The only good part was our driver, Shahid—punctual; He made our journey comfortable and knew more about Fatehpur Sikri than the guide. Unfortunately, the guide, Shammo. He made up stories, ignored corrections, and rushed the tour. He kept repeating he had 30+ years of experience and claimed to take beautiful photos, yet took terrible ones. He didn’t give us time to go close and see the monuments properly—just pointed from a distance and moved on. He even asked if we wanted to visit Buland Darwaza, though it was included! A complete waste of money!

It was a very nice trip with a very knowledgeable and thorough guide. We felt like pupils in school - all was very interesting and informative. Highly recommended!
