This temple served as a principal cult center dedicated to Hathor, the goddess of maternity, joy, music, and love, identified by the Greeks as Aphrodite. Notably, it is one of the most recently discovered temples, featuring depictions of both Egyptian gods and Roman emperors in its decorations, reflecting its establishment during Roman times and dedication to the wife of the god Horus. You'll have the opportunity to admire the exquisite ceiling, adorned with the Dendera Zodiac, showcasing signs such as Libra the Balance and Taurus the Bull. The temple is amazing. The tour guide is passionate while his English is a bit hard to understand and he told stories pieces by piece instead of an organized one
