Explore Florida like never before, and book a half-day rental with Kayak Excursions! Paddle to some of the best spots Florida has to offer for up to 3 hours. From shallow mangrove-lined bays and mangrove tunnels to beach views and wildlife sightings, Pelican Bay has everything you need for an exciting adventure out on the water! While out on the water, kayakers can spot all sorts of incredible wildlife here in Pelican Bay. From dolphins and manatees to bald eagles and ospreys, our amazing waterways are perfect for both epic adventures and stunning photos. There will be plenty of opportunities for photo taking, so feel free to bring a waterproof camera or an inexpensive camera in a waterproof bag. These rentals depart from our Pelican Bay location in Fort Myers Beach, unless otherwise noted.

We had a great experience! A friend and I rented paddleboards for 3 hours and paddled the Hurricane Bay area. We saw tons of fish, Osprey AND a very large spotted eagle ray! It's wingspan was about 4 feet. Neither of us has ever seen a spotted eagle ray in this area so that made this experience one we won't forget! The staff was very friendly and the launch area was clean and easy to navigate. We felt the price was fair for the rentals and the equipment was in great condition. We'll absolutely be back to explore all the area we didn't get to see!
Sounds like Hurricane Bay really decided to roll out the red carpet for you—complete with a VIP appearance by that spotted eagle ray! A 4-foot wingspan? That’s not just a sighting, that’s a full-on nature documentary moment. We’re so glad you and your friend had such a memorable paddle and got to enjoy the wildlife, smooth launch, and top-notch gear. Our team works hard to keep everything easy and welcoming, so it means a lot to hear that came through. We didn’t see a single living organism, got soaking wet, and pointlessly paddled for 3 hours. Had to even come in early and cut it short because it was so boring. Waste of time and money, go to the pool instead of wasting your time here.

We had an absolute blast! The front desk manager Grant was fantastic. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He told us exactly what to do while we were out on the water exploring all the spots he recommended. I highly recommend tikipub and kayak excursions if you are in Ft. Myers. Whether you live here or are just visiting, you will not be disappointed.

Chase was very accommodating, professional, and kind. He helped me get my SUP to the launch, out of the water, and back to my vehicle. IN THE POURING RAIN! His attitude was amazing, and he cared. He made sure that we understood where we were with his map and google maps. He pointed out where we might have a greater chance at seeing dolphins and manatees. He was on the dock waving to us so we could locate it easier in the downpour upon our return. What a delight for this grandma to witness in a youth of today. He is an excellent asset to your business. I will highly recommend Kayak Excursions - Pelican Bay to my friends, neighbors, and clients.

Don't miss this! Chase was an amazing ambassador for all things kayak and SUP. He was extremely helpful and offered tips on the best way to make most of our excursion. My kayak was amazingly comfortable as was the life vest...and easy to manuever. Frankly, I will never go anywhere else!

Calib was awesome with assisting us. The app went down when I tried booking and he was able to assist us. I Even caught a few fish. The only negative was paying for parking on top of the kayak rental

We rented a two-person kayak and went on a 3 hour self-organized tour. The kayaks are in well shape and the team did a great job in explaining the tours and preparation of the kayak. They provide you with a map to follow a quite route. We were able to see fishes and birds and went through some mangroves tunels. The tour is a nice experience.
