This tour was a relaxing walk through the shopping area of Alexandria. With added bonus of tasting classic Alexandrian fair. The vibe is way more relaxed than Cairo and some of the foods are different than what we had in Cairo and Aswan.
The whole tour was great, we visited historic and scenic areas between food stops. We got some historic and cultural info about some of the foods we tried. I would recomend this tour to anyone willing to try new food and walk the oldest shopping area of Alexandria.

We had an amazing dinner food tour in Alexandria with Mahmoud! He is so friendly & knowledgeable! He is from Alexandria & knows all of the local spots for the best Egyptian foods! We (my husband, college aged daughter & myself) were looking for about a 4 dinner hour tour (not a half day tour) & he was so accommodating! We did a walking food tour in downtown Alexandria & it was perfect! Walking is definitely the best way to do a food tour here! Easier than driving & better to walk between food locations to let the food settle down. Mahmoud was delightful & an excellent guide. He loves his city & country & is a great ambassador for Egypt!
