Start your private Terracotta Army tour with a 7:30 AM (or the time you prefer) hotel pickup. Our early departure helps you avoid large crowds and enjoy a more relaxed visit. A 50-minute comfortable drive will take you to this world-renowned site, hailed as the Eighth Wonder of the World. Your dedicated local guide will accompany you through the three exhibition pits, sharing fascinating stories about the life-sized terracotta warriors and horses. Discover why their original bright colours faded after excavation, and learn about the strict conservation measures adopted to protect these invaluable relics. You will also view a detailed model of Qin Shi Huang’s mausoleum, well-known for the legendary mercury inside the tomb. After around 3 hours of in-depth sightseeing, we will drive you safely back to your hotel.

Pickup Locations & Times
Please provide your hotel name and address when booking. We offer free hotel pickup and drop-off at all hotels in Xian downtown area. If you need pickup from the Xianyang Airport or Xi'an North Railway Station, an extra fee applies. Please advise us in advance, and you can pay the driver directly on the day. Our driver will arrive 15 minutes early. Please wait in the hotel lobby and keep your phone available.

We had an amazing trip to Xi'an. Our guide, Stefanie, was extremely attentive to my family. I traveled with four young children. She took care of every detail, reserving the best seats for the show. The transportation was in a very comfortable, air-conditioned van. The entire itinerary was very practical. On the first day, she was waiting for us at the train station and stayed with us until the last day, dropping us off at the station. I didn't have to worry about anything, I just enjoyed myself. I highly recommend her services.
Stephanie was an excellent tour guide. She guided me every step of the way and went beabove and beyond to make my experience authentic and friendly. She suggested the Silk Road Show wgich was wonderful!
Our first time to see the terracotta army and our experience was made even more special by our guide Melanie who was charming and knowledgeable. She came to pick us up at our hotel at 7.30 so that we could get in early (strongly recommended). We were driven there and after we got our tickets we were in! It was truly amazing to be face to face with a world long gone and have someone who could tell you all about it in an informative way. Very recommended!
Been on several group and private tours over the past week in China but this one was by far the best. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and very kind. Looked after me and my 7yo like we were old friends. Easy to understand as her English was great. Highly recommend using this tour specially if you want to see the terracotta warriors and if you only have a day in Xi’an. Thank you for such a lovely memory.
Myself, my wife and both sets of our parents we only in China for a short while. We only had one day in Xi'an and it was absolutely awesome in large part due to our guide Stephanie. We were able to book last minute and she was very accommodating with our schedule. Able to arrange all transportation, tours and meals for the day. Recommend 1,000%.
