I can’t find the tour I was on to write the review but this is close enough. We booked a private tour and all we received was a pick up and drop off. Didn’t get to see all the important sites we wanted to see. We called viator and they were not helpful. They were supposed to call us back and they never did. I chatted with someone on our way back who was understanding and is trying to get us a refund. But won’t know until ??? Very disappointing and frustrating.
Very informative. Excursion was organized well and our guide Lucia was amazing. It was a great day! We were able to tour the cathedral and climb the tower of Pisa.
The tour was amazing. Learning about the leaning tower of Pisa, seeing and climbing to the top of the tower was an incredible experience. A lot of ample time for pictures as well.

Tour was good but kind of fragmented. There isn't a whole lot the guides do other than hand you from one to the other in different areas. You're probably better off just buying a train ticket and going on your own. Some history is learned from the guide, but it's not very long of an actual tour.
John was an awesome tour guide. Very thorough and helpful. Good amount of time to see everything and still get lunch before getting back on the bus.
