Ms Tham arranged several transfers for me in Hue and Hanoi. All were on time, new cars with courteous and skilled drivers. Pre-trip communication was excellent with much care taken to provide the most appropriate services as possible to ensure my needs were met. Most notable was a bespoke half day trip from Hanoi to see incense and cone hats made in local villages. We were accompanied by a wonderful guide who spoke perfect English, having been educated abroad in an English-speaking University. Anything you want to see, at your pace.
