We contacted Jack while we were developing our trip plans to visit SE Asia and particularly Vietnam. He was indispensable in guiding us to activities that made for us, lifetime memories. We experienced a magical overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay, a road trip on the breathtakingly beautiful Ha Giang Loop with homestays, then onto Hu and guided exploration of the royal city and finally to our end destination via a US Army Jeep from the Vietnam war years. Perfection. Couldn’t be any better for our first visit to Vietnam. We had knowledgeable, English speaking guides who were amendable to our needs as seniors and fun to be with. Most remarkable was that Jack checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. We owe a great deal of gratitude for his guidance on making un unforgettable journey into Vietnam.
