The price includes the pickup, drop off and entrance tickets. However we didn’t really get to see the Bali Swing properly. We just saw it from near the entrance area and we were not allowed to explore it although the entrance ticket was paid for. The experience was nice however, the cost is mainly for the travel as the entrance tickets are very cheap. For example the waterfall entrance tickets was 30.000 IDR which is like £1.35 so you get the idea. It would be more cost effective to hire your own bike which you can get for £5 a day and travel yourself to these attractions. Firstly they are within Ubud area and there arnt many roads in Bali so the fear of getting lost is minimal. Petrol will cost you around £1/£2. All you need is Google map to guide you. Snack was supposed to be provided but we didn’t get any. The driver was nice and so are everyone is Bali. We have not met anyone that was mean or rude. I wouldn’t recommend this excursion. It’s better to go yourself and have that personal alone time. You actually don’t need a guide and there are loads of tourists and workers there. For £60 you could do alot more in Ubud rather than just pay for a car. I would say save yourself the money and explore it yourself for half the price at your own leisure.

As previously mentioned, the swing activity is an optional add-on that customers can choose to participate in upon arrival at the location. The entrance ticket is already included in our tour package, allowing you to access and take pictures at all designated spots. However, we noticed that you seemed reluctant to walk to some areas, including the bird nest picture spot, and were hesitant to pay for the additional swing activity. We intentionally exclude the swing activity from the package price because not all customers can participate. Including it would require customers to pay upfront, potentially resulting in non-refundable losses due to our cancellation policy. You mentioned the ticket prices, and we'd like to clarify that our All Entrance Ticket Inclusive Premium package, which you purchased, indeed includes entrance tickets. This is clearly stated on our website. In contrast, our Special Private Guided Tour option does not include entrance tickets, and customers can pay for them in cash on the day of travel. Regarding the Tampaksiring stop, we offered snacks and tea with coffee, but you opted to skip it. Our guide, Mr. Nyoman Anggawa, respected your request. We'd like to assure you that our professional guides provide full-service tours, prioritizing safety, comfort, and enthusiasm from pickup to drop-off. If you had booked a conventional taxi, the costs and arrangements would be different, potentially exceeding the cost of our tour package. After reviewing your comments, we believe that you were seeking a refund for the swing activity, which is clearly stated as an additional activity on our website. We had the absolute pleasure of spending a full day in Bali with Nyoman as our guide, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. From the very beginning, Nyoman shared with his every aspect of his culture (and was also very interested in how this compared to our own) He explained everything with such clarity and passion that we found ourselves completely immersed in the stories and traditions of the island. Throughout the day, he remained incredibly attentive and never rushed us, making sure we felt comfortable and engaged at every step. When my husband decided last-minute to take part in a traditional purification ritual, Nyoman offered guidance and support throughout the experience. His presence during the ritual gave a deeper understanding of its spiritual significance and made it a moment to remember.

Moyo worked so hard to ensure we had the best day possible! He was extremely flexible and easy to talk to. He was more than happy to answer questions the whole day about Balinese culture and took us to the Monkey Sanctuary, Pura Tirta Empul, and a beautiful local restaurant all at the perfect pace for us to fully enjoy each location. Wayan was a good driver. He even ran my phone holder clip back to me in the night when I forgot it. He was great. This review is for the entire experience though. The tour is not a half day. It took 9.5 hours. At the beginning of the tour they take you to two artisan locations I think to pursway you to buy things, which is good for the local community, however, and in the end there was not enough time to see all the main attractions on the itinerary as I had made other plans and was only planning on a half day. I was very sad about that, and also frustrated that I was so late getting back when I had schedule ample time per the advertisement (I was more than two hours late to meet people and the tour was 4.5 hours longer than advertised). On their behalf, traffic was bad and that is something they do not have control of. I did make it to the monkey sanctuary and Tirtha temple, both fantastic experiences. If I were to do this again, or if you are looking to, I would ensure you have no other plans and would be firm about making it to the attractions before they take you to the silver and fabric demonstrations to shop.

First we would love to apologize if the experience not meet with as expected customize plan, but We are so glad that we can read and more understanding with every case our customer has experience with our service. We have finished with our investigation regarding your oppinion with our driver as the guide, first thing we can confirmed our itinerary is correctly listed on full day tour as mentioned on the tour title and with all program on the itinerary, will be little bit confused when our guide having limited number of time. As listed the tour will take about 9 to 10 hours on private guided tour and we understand will be difficult to squised to 5 hours as on the request due the distance of start point was picked from southern of Bali. On the traffic conditions, our guide Mr. Wayan was trying to manage the time and he was little surprice as well with limited of time he get for doing the tour with all the program. But as gps location tracker record as we downloaded from the car recorder gps location, we have seen you spent some time then expected in the Market. Our guide reported that was there an exhibition of jewellery class in the market Ubud, also there is the central of Bali souvenirs, as listed on the program visiting the market also involved, but this is can be skip to the next destination if you not interest to the market visit and that we always present more flexibility in Ubud town visit. And once again regarding the traffic issue, we really apologize, at that is out of our control. Specially where the hotel access passed to main road of harbour to the next island, mostly when the boat arrive on the same time back to Bali, the traffic is extra and make slow movement on the main road from the north to the south part of Bali around 4 pm to 5 pm. Once again we would like to apologize and one more things, this tour is full day ubud private guide tour and please prepare a day to experience Ubud, do not book other activity on the same day when you do day out to Ubud from southern of Bali due the distance and traffic condition.
