Description
Discover the most monumental part of the historic center of Cuenca and immerse yourself in the history, legends and charm of a unique city declared a World Heritage Site. We will begin our visit in the Plaza Mayor, at the foot of the Cathedral of Santa Maria y San Julián, one of the first great Gothic cathedrals of Castile and one of the most representative symbols of the city. Along the way we will explore the ancient Muslim alcazar and the historic Jewish quarter while discovering such emblematic places as the Torremangana, the remains of the palace of the Marquises of Cañete, the old synagogue, the tunnels of Alfonso VIII and the Casa del Corregidor. We will stroll through medieval alleys, stately homes and the famous Conquens skyscrapers before ending next to the St. Paul's Bridge and the iconic Hanging Houses, enjoying breathtaking views over the sickle of the Huécar.

Book Friday afternoon to go Saturday afternoon. The tour starts from the top of the city. A few hours earlier I was informed that there was a competition that affected transport. You couldn't get on by car, bus or taxi. I feel cheated as they should have told me when booking on Friday. That is known in advance. We lost €28 from four people who were going to do it.

Quizás hubiera sido mejor haberse comunicado con nosotros directamente para avisar de que no pudieron llegar a la actividad antes de lanzar acusaciones tan feas. Porque le hubieramos hecho el reembolso al instante. I think they are scoundrels because I bought my 3 tickets and we had an incident and we delayed the start time of the visit and I advised the delay in writing to see if we could re-engage at the point where they were when we arrived and they did not answer me, I called and they also did not answer me and to top it off we go to the store and meet with closed doors. So they've kept my money for a job they didn't do and didn't even deign to contact me. Unfortunate

Sentimos las molestias pero usted la llamada fue cuando el tour ya estaba bastante comenzado y el guía no puede atender llamadas y tsmgoo es posible "reengancharse" con un retraso tan grande. De cualquier forma nosotros damos todos los servicios si cumplen las condiciones y no nos quedamos el dinero de nadie. Ordenaremos la la devolución de cualquier manera para que reciba el importe (aunque no cumplan los requisitos para la devolución). Un saludo y sentimos que no hayan disfrutado de la actividad.
The truth is that it was a pleasant experience. It was a way to get to know some corners of the city, as well as part of its history. Maybe we failed in not taking the package that includes the visit to the cathedral, because in the end, for one reason or another, we were left without seeing it inside.
