You will visit the Comares Palace with its administrative area called Mexuar, Patio de los Arrayanes with its porticos and pool and the Comares Tower where the majestic Throne Room is located. The stucco construction techniques and the wood techniques used to make the original ceiling that are still preserved will be explained. The visit continues with the Palace of the Lions, a majestic work of Sultan Mohammed V where we will visit the patio with the famous fountain and the annexed rooms such as the Room of Two Sisters and of the Kings. Concluding the visit in the Partal area and the Torre de las Damas.
We will visit the military part offering explanations of the defensive structure of the palatine city of the Alhambra, we will go up to the Torre de la Vela to enjoy the spectacular views of Granada, Albaicín and Vega de Granada, explaining the function that the tower had and what it It happens with the Christian conquest. You will visit the Jardín de los Adarves and the Puerta de las Armas.
We visit the 16th century building with an explanation of its facades and the main courtyard, an explanation of its construction, symbols and we indicate the location of the museums it houses.
The public area of the Alhambra is covered, explaining the structure of the city, commenting on Christian modifications such as the church of Santa María de la Alhambra and the convent of San Francisco, currently converted into a national hostel that was the burial place of Queen Elizabeth. We visit the area of the dry land where the ruins of the Palacio de los Abencerrajes are located, a very prominent family of the Nasrid court and the area of the Medina where we will see ruins of the workshops and ovens that they used to build the decorations.
Tour of the Cerro del Sol hill where we will see the Nasrid orchards and the Christian labyrinth gardens of the Generalife, explanation of the flora of the gardens and the fruits that were produced in the orchards. Visit to the Generalife Palace and explanation of its physical communication with the city of the Alhambra. Patio de Polo, Patio de la Guardia, Patio de la Acequia where we will see the summer house of the Sultan, Patio de la Sultana with the cypress and tall gardens. Exit from the enclosure through the Paseo de las Adelfas.

While the tour is very worthwhile, our tour guide was not good. I’m sure he is good in his native language. However, he should not be giving English language tours. We could not understand him. Furthermore the sound system was spotty. We love learning about history and stories from the locations we visit. If we had a tour guide who could clearly communicate, I think we would have learned a lot more and felt the tour to be worthwhile.

Beautiful and stunning! Lots of history, details, architecture, and art. The guide was very good. I recommend doing it early in the morning because the tour takes 3 hours or a little more. That way you don't catch the afternoon heat.

Perfect experience, from the first moment when, while looking at various providers, I made an inquiry and through WhatsApp, a kind person advised me, not a machine as usually happens that only leads you to a loop of model responses that do not help you. I must mention that they even helped me include my son in the group, who at first was not going to go, and a few hours before I did not know how to get the same package and schedule for him; they fixed it for me in minutes. A 10 for the staff they have. As for the visit itself, I can only have good words for the guide who accompanied us, Daniel, who with his friendliness and know-how, explains all the history you are wanting to know about what you are seeing in such an enjoyable way that, to summarize it in the best way, he makes you forget the heat and the fatigue and you focus totally on what he is making you learn; it was perfect. I recommend this company to anyone going to Granada, do not hesitate, they are the best.

Go as early as possible, because of the heat; depending on the guide, they will start in different areas... the best for last... the Nasrid Palaces and the Generalife.
