Fantastic tour of 5 patios with Emilio! He gave us lots of history and info on the amazingly beautiful patios! Really amazing! Highly recommend!
We had a great tour of the patios. Joaquin was our guide. He was very knowledgeable about each of the patios we visited. It was a fun tour. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
What a wonderful tour! The patios were spectacular!
Really fun tour! You get to meet real citizens of the town. Interact with them and see their beautiful gardens.
Excellent tour with Alejandro Muñoz. We could only see a few in winter but they were all diverse and all beautiful. I recommend this tour even in the winter. We did not have crowds to compete with in these small patios.
We enter the office that puts information, leads to the confusion that it is tourist information, they do not take you out of the mistake. I asked what we could see that afternoon and recommended an excursion to the patios and after finishing entering to see horse show and for the next day excursion to medina Azahara for 30 euros per person and a freetour in the afternoon. I thought it was weird but we said we signed up to see the patios and we understood it was a freetour, our surprise was that it told us 42 euros, we were embarrassed and we paid it, we said it was worth it anyway. Then I saw in his field trip brochures that he says 19 per person and we pay 21. We were told we had to be 15 minutes early. They send you the address but send you somewhere else. We finally found him. No one came there and the guide arrives on the dot. He showed us 4 yards, the visit didn't last long and was a bit boring I have done freetours more entertaining and with more explanations. She was talking to two interns and we were talking to the other couple, they thought the same way they expected something else for that price When the visit ended we saw 4 very nice and unpaid patios on our own. In one of them that won the second prize this year the woman who had explained it to you super well and with great joy. We were left with bad taste in our mouths and ripped off at that price. I don't recommend it.
Nice time to spend in Cordoba especially if is a hot day. An experience if you want a good paced relaxed afternoon.
Although the guide was very good, we only visited four patios and the tour lasted under an hour. Maybe September is just not a good time to go as the competition for the patios is in May.
Amazing place to visit. Rich history. The people are very friendly. Olivia, our tour guide was excellent. Knew every square inch of the Mesquita. Great visit!!
Thank you very much for your review, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour. Regards Pedro.
We showed up on time at the posted time of 6 pm. When we inquired about the meeting time the company informed us that the tour began at 5 pm. The company blamed Viator for posting the incorrect time and offered to book us for the following day. We are leaving tomorrow and as a result requested a refund. We were promptly refunded. The company could have contacted us prior informing us of the time.
