Guide with high level of preparation, pleasant, empathetic, a nice and pleasant experience. Seeking at all times that we felt comfortable and without haggling for it
Visit the Alcazar .... Closed for work!!!!! Ticket modified the day before without my opinion and transformed into a visit to the gardens (it is free and open to all) and the thermal baths...! Obviously, it's impossible to get a refund. Organization that lacks seriousness and that I do not recommend.
Bon après-midi Isabel, je suis désolé que vous ne pouvez pas profiter des jardins de l’Alcazar qui si elles ne sont pas expliquées dans le contexte de ce monument, ils ne peuvent pas profiter de la même façon. De même que pour le bâtiment de l’Alcazar et les Bains Califales. Je comprends qu’ils ne pouvaient pas entrer dans le bâtiment que vous aviez prévu d’accéder mais ce n’était pas notre décision mais parce qu’il est fermé pour travaux. En fait, au moment où nous avons su que l’on ne pouvait pas visiter le bâtiment, nous avons changé la dénomination de la visite pour Jardines del Alcázar et Baños Califales. Ce qui est vrai, c’est que la visite était toujours en espagnol et non en français ou en anglais. Et que d’après ce que j’ai compris du guide, vous êtes entrés pour visiter les jardins, l’explication de l’Alcazar, puis les bains califaux (pour lesquels nous avions acheté vos billets) et une fois la visite terminée. Nos meilleures salutations
Although we could not see the Alcazar inside because it was under restoration it was a very good experience with great explanations by Sandra an unbeatable guide and in compensation we visited the bathrooms. One hundred percent recommended

I bought this offer because there was no possibility to visit the alcazar otherwise , after not booking in advance for the halambra of Granada and the alcazar in Seville, I thought too bad if it is a visit in Spanish (I specify that I am French and does not speak another language). As on the official website it was indicated no availability before. November, I took this offer to be able to visit the alcazar but it was closed for renovation, and it was not specified either on the official website or in the offer I bought, so I paid a visit to see the gardens which are free and the bath that cost 3€ that I could have done for free having a disability card too bad! I therefore paid 22€ per person for nothing the agency is not serious not to have indicated in the offer that the mite was in work and therefore not visitable!
Bonsoir Patricia, je suis désolé que l’explication que vous a offert mon compagnon en espagnol des jardins, de l’Alcazar des jardins, et plus tard visiter et expliquer les bains Califales pendant plus d'1 heure ne vous a pas satisfait (nous ne payons pas 3 €, nous payons 3,5 € par personne et si vous ne nous indiquez pas que vous avez un handicap, nous ne pouvons pas faire une entrée spéciale pour vous mais nous faisons une entrée générale). Lorsque nous constatons qu’un bâtiment est fermé pour travaux, nous complétons la visite avec un autre monument aussi immortel que celui que vous avez réservé afin que vous puissiez profiter de la visite à tout moment. Il n’a rien à voir visiter les jardins par vous-même que nous vous expliquions, tout comme l’Alcazar et les Bains Califales. Dès le premier moment que nous recevons la réservation, nous vous écrivons pour commencer que la visite est seulement en espagnol comme il apparaît dans le titre de l’offre que vous avez acheté, même si juste en lisant le titre on sait qu’il est seulement en espagnol. Si la visite en espagnol n’est pas comprise, il n’y a aucun sens de réserver cette visite car à la fin ils viennent et ne comprennent pas. Je regrette qu’il n’ait pas aimé la visite que nous lui avons offert où l’immense majorité des clients nous remercie de l’effort pour expliquer très agréablement l’Alcazar et ses jardins et aussi les bains califales.
