Your private tour will start at your hotel where your guide will meet you. You will then leave for the Reina Sofia Museum by taxi. Once there, your private guide will take you into the museum without waiting for you thanks to the fast entrances. You will discover one of the most beautiful museums in Europe through the masterpieces that have marked history. Your historian guide will give you the history of the works of Picasso (the Guernica), Sorolla, Gris, Dalí, Miró, Camarasa, Santos. If you want more explanations about a particular painting or artist, do not hesitate to tell your guide, as our private tours are totally customizable, you can choose what to visit in the museum. The visit will end at the entrance of the Reina Sofia. The Reina Sofia Museum is one of the monuments to be visited during a visit to Madrid. Located not far from the Paseo del Prado we recommend you to take a walk in the Retiro Park after the visit.

Your guide will meet you at your hotel to begin the visit (please wait for your guide in your hotel lobby). They will arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time. The journey from your hotel to the museum will be by taxi and is included within the total duration of the tour (included in the 4 hours). The transfer will be made by taxi, and the cost is included in the visit. For any questions regarding your pick-up, please feel free to contact us. Please note: the transfer will be carried out using a regular Madrid city taxi; this visit does not include a private chauffeur service. Madrid is a capital city with traffic, so we apologize in advance for any potential delays due to congestion. If your hotel is close to one of the museums, the journey will be done on foot, as taking a taxi for very short distances is unnecessary and may waste time. If you have any mobility issues, please let us know in advance.

We did the Reina Sofia museum, Prado museum, and Madrid City tour! Everything was already arranged. No lines to wait in. If modern art is an interest be sure to get to Reina Sofía. The permanent collection is very comprehensive including some of the more well known Picasso and Dalí works but the equally memorable displays were the very extensive temporary exhibitions of work done by Wojnarowicz (USA) and Mariam Chan (Switzerland). Challenging work but these displays which were included with the entrance fee were worth the fee on their own. A spectacular museum.
