Guided Tour - Medieval Basin + Monuments

Description
This route is ideal to get lost, while learning its history, through the streets of Cuenca. From the viewpoint located behind the Arco de Bezudo, we will go down the gorges of the Huécar river and the Huécar river, letting ourselves be duped by its streets, buildings, people, monuments, up to the Plaza de la Merced and the Torre de Mangana. Once there we will walk the path to the famous Hanging Houses, to talk about the Museum of Spanish Abstract Art, named for the first abstract art museum located in Spain (we will not access the interior). Afterwards, we will direct our steps to the cathedral, where we will visit the interior of the first Gothic temple in Spain and its triforium.

I had already been to the city and I found it fantastic. However, with the guided route of Artemis and his partner the experience was much better. Experts in the city, especially the cathedral, friendly and at least in their explanations, we toured the unknown Basin that we would not have reached without their help. It is a frankly recommended experience, to repeat, no doubt. Thank you both very much.
Very complete tour, Lucas was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned interesting insights about Cuenca. Very enjoyable!
We were going to visit the mysterious Cuenca, but a storm left us wanting. They offered us a visit to Cuenca Monumental, the truth is that it was a great success. We were 5 adults and 1 10-year-old girl, we were all delighted. The visit was pleasant, enjoyable, entertaining and interesting. Our guide Angela, in addition to being a professional, made the route fun, with curious facts, the 2-hour duration passed in a flash. 100% recommended. Without a doubt we would choose Ángela and Tempus Cuenca again. A 10.
A wonderful experience, you tour the old town learning about the history and legends of the place. Angela a great guide
We went to Cuenca in the morning and Angela welcomed us wonderfully. She showed us the main places in the city. The truth is that it was interesting as well as entertaining. In the afternoon we repeated the legends tour with her and she did not disappoint.
The visit has been exciting, with a guide (Alejandro) who has shared very eclectic and interesting information. (historical data, anecdotes, poetic and musical references...). The two hours have flown by! I recommend this tour, and also visiting Cuenca, which is wonderful. Thank you.
What a great night tour of Cuenca. I recommend it to go as a couple or as a family. My husband has not lost a single detail of the guide's explanations... so much wisdom. I recommend it. Alejandro, thank you very much, my husband and I give you an outstanding rating. How passionate you are about history. Thanks for the tour
A very good route and Alejandro was lovely. He explained the whole story of Cuenca. I recommend it without any doubt
The whole experience is worth it, it is two hours of guided tour and time flies by. Our unbeatable guide Alejandro is a great professional and makes an incredible historical foray
The visit was spectacular; Hilario describes and narrates Cuenca’s history by intensely vicarious and expressing the love he has for his city. It is really welcoming and makes you part of its history and customs. The truth is that time passes too quickly and there are no steps or corners that do not have history to tell. Thank you Hilario for the guide, history and enthusiasm shown. You have two friends in Seville. A hug, David.
