Horrible

Horrible experience. There was a clear miscommunication between the tour company and the tour conductor, and our names were not on the conductor’s list. Even though we arrived on time at 8:45 AM, we were made to wait outside in the freezing cold until 10:00 AM with my kid. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they blamed us as if it were our fault. The van was completely unequipped to handle the extreme Kazbegi weather. On the return journey, with temperatures around -17°C, there was no proper heating and we were freezing the entire way. During a coffee and restroom stop, the guide shouted at us for buying coffee though he said its toilet and coffee break. We were rushed and not even allowed to finish the coffee we had just purchased. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. A full day was wasted, and I would not recommend this tour company to anyone.

The organizer named ~Christos “chris” he was careles, unprofessional and the tour was not appropriately arranged, we have waited more than 45 mins, when we asked them when we will move he was angry, he left us waiting till we take a very bad seating in the bus, my family didn’t feel confident. Worth it

Amazing sites all time during the tour. The guide took into account the difficult weather and changed the program so we not lose anything and be safe. I wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant the tour stops.

Disaster!

We booked this trip scheduled to start at 9:00 AM and arrived at the meeting point at 8:45 AM. However, we could not locate the bus or any representative from the tour company. We asked local tour operators and even the police about the company, but none of them had any information about it. This experience appears to be a scam. We paid $66 for five people, yet no one was present to assist us, and the contact number provided by the tour company turned out to be fake. We demand an immediate explanation and a full refund.

Operator response

We value all our guests, but we believe there may be some confusion here. Your booking was clearly scheduled for the 18th, yet you arrived on the 17th. As much as we strive to accommodate every guest, we cannot make arrangements for a date that was not booked. Our Guide met you at the spot and since you dint have a booking for the 17th we couldnt take you with us. It’s always a good idea to double-check your booking details and confirm your plans before arriving for any tour. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Good

The trip was good overall , but I think the tour lady should have been more patient with us because we all are different people from different countries. People can be late while seeing a sight . More calmer with us instead of being rude ..and treating us like kids ..the trip also had a pregnant woman she needed to use restroom in cafe ...but the trip started lady started shouting that we are making late . Trip was good 😊

Beautiful trip, long journey.

The trip had a lot of stops most of which were very nice. Our guide (Mary) was very helpful and friendly. She seemed quite knowledgeable too. However the driver was very unprofessional. He kept texting and talking on the phone throughout the journey. He also kept shouting at the guide several times. Although we couldnt understand what that was about. We complained to the company about him and they replied that they had fired him, which is good for the tour.
