Para que un servicio de traslado pueda realizarse, es responsabilidad del pasajero informar el número de vuelo, algo que usted no hizo. Además, intentamos contactarla por email y teléfono desde el 23 de abril para obtener esa información y nunca recibimos respuesta. No es posible adivinar un arribo sin datos ni comunicación. Somos una empresa seria y honesta, y el servicio no se completó debido a su falta de información.
