Yongqing Fang is a beautifully restored historic neighborhood in the heart of Guangzhou’s Xiguan area, offering a charming blend of traditional Lingnan architecture and modern creativity. Stroll through narrow alleys lined with century-old buildings, boutique shops, art galleries, and trendy cafés. It’s also the birthplace of Bruce Lee, with a small memorial and exhibitions honoring his legacy. Yongqing Fang perfectly captures the spirit of old meets new, making it a must-visit destination for those who want to experience the authentic culture, heritage, and lifestyle of Guangzhou.

Located in the city’s bustling Zhujiang New Town, Huacheng Square is a vibrant urban plaza that showcases the modern face of Guangzhou. Surrounded by stunning skyscrapers, cultural landmarks, and green open spaces, it offers the perfect blend of architecture, art, and leisure. Visitors can admire the futuristic Guangzhou Library, the striking Guangdong Museum, and the nearby Canton Tower glowing at night. As the sun sets, the square comes alive with dazzling lights and a lively atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for both locals and tourists to stroll, relax, and enjoy the city’s skyline.

The Pearl River (Zhujiang) is the lifeline of Guangzhou and one of the most important rivers in southern China. Flowing through the heart of the city, it has played a vital role in Guangzhou’s history, trade, and daily life for over a thousand years. Historically, Guangzhou was a key port on the Maritime Silk Road, and the Pearl River served as a major gateway for international trade. Merchants from around the world once arrived here, making the city one of China’s earliest and most important trading centers. Even today, the river remains a symbol of openness and economic vitality. Geographically, the Pearl River is part of a vast river system formed by three main tributaries — the Xijiang (West River), Beijiang (North River), and Dongjiang (East River). These rivers merge and flow into the South China Sea, creating the Pearl River Delta, one of the most developed and dynamic economic regions in China.
